You get a gorgeous indoor reception venue paired with fantastic in-house catering, a friendly professional service staff, full bar service, and plenty of free private parking. Every event includes four full hours of event time, plus tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, table linens and napkins (17 different colors to choose from!), and complete setup and breakdown. We even throw in soft drinks, coffee, tea, and so much more! Want to add a few extra touches? We have tons of awesome add-ons available depending on your vision and budget!

It also covers the essentials: tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, linen tablecloths, and napkins. Plus, we handle the heavy lifting with full setup and breakdown time, a top-tier service staff, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and free private parking for all your guests.

But wait, there’s more! Your booking includes incredible on-site food preparation by our talented Executive Chef, dedicated event servers, and a fully stocked bar with a professional bartending team. Looking for upgrades? You can easily add on custom bar packages, tasty appetizers, cake service, or extra event time until as late as midnight. Final pricing and services will simply depend on your final guest count, mouth-watering meal selections, and specific party requirements.

Our vibrant golf course event space can host grand celebrations for up to 300 guests! To give every event the attention it deserves, we have a few friendly guest minimums depending on the day of the week:

Saturdays: Minimum of 150 guests
Fridays: Minimum of 125 guests
Sunday through Thursday: Minimum of 80 guests

You bet! We want your event to feel uniquely yours. We love sitting down with clients to customize the floor plan, tweak the menu, design the perfect bar service, and map out the execution of it all. 1. Lock in Your Date (Booking)
Secure your spot on our calendar with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a completed Event Agreement. Communication is key in a successful business relationship and we will clearly walk you through exactly what’s expected from you, our client, and what you can expect from us as your venue!

2. 90 Days Before Your Event
The countdown is officially on! This is when we officially kick off our planning process together. At this milestone, 50% of your estimated event cost is due, but it’s still an estimate at this time! We certainly don’t expect you to have all your “t’s” crossed and “i” dotted at this point!

3. 30 Days Before Your Event
Time to cross the finish line! We will sit down to finalize your floor plan, guest count, and final details. Your remaining balance is due at this time—and just like that, you did it!
